What brought me to start Brew City Lines was the experience I gained from working for Hinterland in my youth, soaking up the work ethic the service industry demands. That and after a later career in the energy industry where I honed my attention to detail certifying quality checks. Even a defect as small as 5mm (about the size of a pencil eraser) could scrap an entire piece of equipment.
I first began doing maintenance on draft beer systems in 2018. Operating under a private contact with Anheuser-Busch I learned the Brewers Association standard, widely regarded as the gold standard. (*terms and conditions apply)
